Job summary

iCRYO Bluffton is seeking an energetic Esthetician/Sales Associate to help guests achieve their wellness goals with outstanding service. You will market services on social media, participate in community events, and continue educating yourself on our cryotherapy and body-sculpting offerings.

The role emphasizes guest experience, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols, with a focus on driving sales and commissions in a fast-paced center.

Qualifications

• Licensed skincare professional with a passion for health care.
• Flexible schedule including nights and 15–40 hours per week.
• Ability to pass iCRYO-designed service exams after training.
• Maintain time management, judgment, and multitasking.
• Provide exceptional guest experience and resolve issues to maintain loyalty.
• Educate guests on services in a competent, efficient manner.
• Meet or exceed productivity and sales goals.
