The Addison of Sandy Springs, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to lead nursing services and ensure high-quality resident care in a premier senior living setting.

You will oversee nursing policies, assess resident needs, and coordinate care with a focus on safety, compliance, and compassionate service. Experience in a senior living environment is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Two-year professional nursing experience in a senior living care setting.
• Two-years supervisory/management experience with direct care staff.
• Some states may allow for this to be an unlicensed position (WI, TX, SC)

Aufgaben

• Maintains and implements nursing policies and procedures that reflect current standards of nursing practice and state/federal regulations.
• Communicates and interprets policies to nursing staff and monitors implementation.
• Conducts resident assessments and suggests level of service packages to residents and families.
• Ensures delivery of compassionate quality care with adequate services and staff coverage.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and applies Key Clinical Quality Indicators.
• Reviews 24-hour unit reports to ensure timely responses to changes in condition and safety concerns.
• Listens and documents significant changes in resident condition and incidents as per policies.
