Job summary

North Pointe Assisted Living, part of a Sonida Senior Living community in Anderson, SC, is seeking a Wellness Director to oversee resident care and health services in an assisted living and memory care setting.

You will lead care operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with health professionals to maintain high-quality care. This role requires RN licensure and 3–5 years in-home or geriatric nursing with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with 3–5 years in-home health or geriatric nursing.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community, including interactions with Residents’ health care providers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
