Job summary

North Pointe Assisted Living, a Sonida Senior Living community in Anderson, SC, seeks a Wellness Director to lead resident care operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and oversee health-related services. You will establish relationships with local health professionals and coordinate care across teams to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with 3–5 years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
• Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents’ health care providers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
