Qualifications

• RI RN license is required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Strong supervision experience in medical field required.
• Knowledge of GAFC, DPH regulations, and Elder Affairs standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct wellness team by establishing objectives and structure.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to care plans and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess resident needs and adjust care plans.
• Manage budgets related to wellness programs and resources.
• Conduct regular staff training on best practices in home care and assisted living.
• Monitor residents' health and well-being and provide necessary support.
