Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking a Wellness Nurse in Johnston, RI. The role supports the Resident Care Director in building a comprehensive care program for all residents and supervising CNAs. The position values compassionate, home-like care and offers a supportive team environment.

Requirements include RI-licensed LPN or RN and at least 1 year of experience with elderly populations. Per diem and part-time shifts are available, with competitive hourly pay and benefits starting at hire.

Qualifications

• Certification: LPN or RN with RI license.
• 1+ years experience with elderly/Alzheimer's populations.
• Physical requirements: standing, sitting, bending, transfers.
• Strong communication with residents, families, physicians.
• Punctuality and reliability in daily living assistance.

Responsibilities
