Job summary

Wingate Living in Rhode Island is seeking a competent Resident Care Nurse to support the Resident Care Director. The role focuses on coordinating assessments and service plans to ensure high-quality care and compliance with state and federal guidelines.

The position requires a current RN license in Rhode Island, and while not mandatory, five years of supervisory experience and geriatric care knowledge are strongly preferred. CNAs report to this role as part of the care team.

Job Purpose:

The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans ensuring that care is delivered with the highest quality. The Wellness Nurse will assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.

Position Requirements
