The Ashton at the Greens, a Sonida Senior Living community in Saint Augustine, FL, seeks a Wellness Director or Director of Nursing (RN or LPN) to lead resident care programs and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include implementing care policies, coordinating health-related services, and building relationships with healthcare providers for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with 3–5 years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
• Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community including Residents’ health care providers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
