Legacy Village of Stillwater seeks an experienced Wellness Director (RN) to lead the clinical operations of our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. • Current RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Senior Living.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of resident assessments, care planning, and medication management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing care teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical operations for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Conduct initial and ongoing resident assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans.
• Manage medication administration programs and healthcare services.
• Supervise, mentor, and support caregivers, medication technicians, and clinical staff.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, home health agencies, and other healthcare providers.
• Lead resident and family care conferences.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Ensure accurate documentation and resident records; partner with the Executive Director to improve resident outcomes and team performance.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and staff development initiatives.

Wellness Director (RN)

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Wellness Director (RN) to lead the clinical operations of our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This leadership role is ideal for a senior living professional who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care, developing strong care teams, and fostering a culture where residents and employees thrive.

As the Wellness Director, you will oversee healthcare services, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor caregiving staff, and partner with community leadership to deliver outstanding care and service to residents and families.

• Competitive Pay - $82,000 - 90,000 annually.

The starting rate is based on experience and qualifications. This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.

What you’ll do

What makes you successful…
