Job summary

Vitality Living is seeking a dynamic Wellness Director to lead nursing services at one of our senior living communities in Columbia, SC. You will supervise wellness staff and ensure high-quality resident care across medical, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care plan reviews with families, MAR/eMAR oversight, and coordinating services with home health and hospice agencies. A valid nursing license and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires active RN/LPN/LVN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years in a Director role in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to recruit, train and retain quality teams.
