As a valued facility leader, our Wellness Director (LVN) plays a critical strategic role of overseeing the leadership and guidance of our nursing services team in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. You will oversee appropriate utilization of resources necessary for the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated interdisciplinary approach. As a nurse leader, you will coach, develop, and lead our clinical team to success!
