Job summary

Bridge Senior Living in Irving, TX is seeking a compassionate Wellness Director to coordinate and supervise care and services for Residents to achieve clinical, emotional and wellness outcomes in alignment with policies and procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Senior Living or equivalent, state-registered nursing credentials (LPN/RN), First Aid/CPR certification, and at least 3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in the senior living industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience in Senior Living.
• LPN or RN Required Based on State Regulations.
• First Aid and CPR Certified.
• At least 3 years work experience as a Director of Nursing in the senior living industry.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor goals and expectations for all clinical departments.
• Develop departmental budgets, re-forecasts and staffing plans.
• Develop, implement and monitor the Quality Improvement, Safety, Infection, Disaster and Environmental Control Programs.
• Participate in and oversee the admission and on-going Resident assessment and care planning process.
• Oversee surveys and inspections made by government agencies.
• Complete appropriate forms, reports, evaluations, and studies.
• Conduct clinical staff supervisory responsibilities including hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, monitoring, counseling, discipline and terminations
