Job summary

Northwood Assisted Living in Springfield, Ohio is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as Wellness Director. This leadership role requires a strong clinical background and a compassionate approach to resident care, aligned with our commitment to quality life for every resident.

The ideal candidate will hold an Ohio LPN license, an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and at least two years of nursing management experience in an assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio LPN license.
• Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years nursing management experience in an assisted living setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule nursing department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide quality care and service and maintain customer service.
• Coordinate resident care, appointments, care conferences, and service plans.
• Staff development and education.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure quality of life for residents and staff.

Northwood Assisted Living, an Assisted Living Community located in Springfield, Ohio is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill the role of Wellness Director.

LPN Wellness Director Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Management and Scheduling of Nursing Department

• Management of Regulatory Compliance

• Ensuring Provision of Quality Care and Service and Customer Service

• Coordination of Resident Care, Appointments, Care Conferences, Service Plans

• Staff Development and Education
