As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Collaborate with the Wellness Director to develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating the latest research and best practices
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Act as a resource person, assisting all nursing staff to develop their individual skills and potential
• Facilitate teamwork and foster a positive and supportive work environment
• Stay up-to-date with State and Federal regulations, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high level of care

Requirements:

• Current Nursing License (LPN) in good standing
