Lotus Village Senior Living seeks a Wellness Director to lead clinical operations in our assisted living and memory care community. You will oversee resident care, staff supervision, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates are proactive leaders with strong LPN credentials in Georgia, experience in long-term care, and a collaboration-first approach to enhance resident well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in long-term care, assisted living, or memory care.
• LPN license in Georgia is required.
• Strong background in assessments, care planning, and team management.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of resident care, ensuring wellness and clinical excellence.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-move-in assessments, quarterly evaluations, and admissions to develop personalized care plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support care staff, CNAs, and medication aides to promote a high-performing team.
• Oversee medication management, including proper administration, coordination with pharmacies, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and the Executive Director to ensure holistic, person-centered care.
• Monitor and improve quality initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and optimize care outcomes.
• Stay up to date with state and federal regulations to maintain compliance and exceed industry standards.
