Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources invites a Wellness Direct Support Professional to help plan, coordinate, monitor, and conduct Wellness Services for LOGAN and the broader St. Joseph County community.

You will assist the Wellness Program Manager in ongoing activities, manage calendars for Young Adult recreation, and ensure participant forms and mailing lists are up to date. The role requires teamwork, reliable transportation, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must have ability to drive LOGAN van and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Program Manager in planning and coordinating Wellness Activities throughout the year.
• Develop Young Adult Recreation calendars and coordinate events with staff for adequate coverage.
• Serve as liaison with community partners and schools to refer participants to LOGAN Wellness.
• Train and supervise volunteers attending Wellness Activities and ensure safety and documentation.
