Key Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate wellness programs, health initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Organize wellness events, fitness challenges, educational workshops, and health awareness campaigns.
• Promote wellness resources through internal communications, newsletters, and outreach efforts.
• Support employee mental health and well-being initiatives, including resilience and stress-management programs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify wellness needs and improve employee participation.

• Prepare reports and recommendations to support continuous program improvement.
• Manage wellness-related resources, vendor relationships, and program logistics.
