The DRIPBaR Edina is seeking a friendly and energetic Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role offers an hourly range of $18–$25 and requires availability Fridays through Tuesdays.

You will greet clients, educate them on IV therapy, promote memberships, and help onboard new clients in a fast-paced wellness environment. Ideal candidates are great communicators, detail-oriented, and comfortable using POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact: greet clients, answer questions, and ensure a seamless check-in experience.
• Educate & recommend: share benefits of IV therapy and wellness services, helping clients select options.
• Promote memberships & services: offer retail products and cross-sell services.
• Facilitate client onboarding: ensure waivers, agreements, and profiles are completed.
• Support sales & operations: assist with sales, track key metrics, maintain efficiency.
• Administer non-medical wellness services: provide and oversee non-medical treatments.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience: build lasting client relationships.
• Engage in community outreach: participate in lead gen, events, social media, brand ambassador duties.

What You’ll Do

• Administer non-medical wellness services: Provide and oversee non-medical treatments to enhance the client experience.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience: Build lasting client relationships and create a welcoming, engaging environment.
• Engage in community outreach: Assist in lead generation, attend community events, contribute to social media efforts, and serve as a brand ambassador to strengthen local partnerships.
• Maintain a safe and inviting space: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all wellness and safety protocols.
