Summit Place Senior Campus is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to support residents' health and wellness programs. The role emphasizes personal training and group fitness, including water-based activities, with a focus on seniors and multi-diagnostic groups in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Field experience working with seniors, multi-diagnostic groups, and/or special populations (preferred).
• Personal training and group fitness experience on land and in water (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or Exercise/Fitness (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal training services and group fitness instruction, in and out of the water.
• Offer members programs to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience, and improve their overall sense of well-being.
• Plan and implement individualized, balanced health and wellness programs for all members.
• Assure customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible.
• Provide an overall balanced approach to health and wellness based on individual members.
