Full-Time | $23–$25/hour | Changing Healthcare for Seniors

Are you passionate about people and ready to make a real difference? At Senior Doc, we’re transforming senior care by bringing personalized medical support right where it matters most—home. Since 2014, our Mobile Primary Care and Geriatric House Call services have expanded across 380 senior communities in three states, and we’re just getting started.

Now, we’re looking for an outgoing, compassionate, and self-motivated Wellness Coordinator to join our Boise team and help elevate the care experience for the seniors we serve.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Wellness Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our care team, based in a senior living community, serving as a trusted connection between residents, families, staff, and providers. Your job is all about support, communication, and care.

Here’s what your day might look like:

Be the friendly, familiar face in the community—building relationships and offering support.

Take monthly vitals and monitor residents’ weights.

Help coordinate resident care and streamline communication between providers and families.

Support telehealth visits and help with tech setup.

Do daily wellness check-ins for enrolled patients.

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

Participate in fun community and company events!

Share health tips and help patients manage their care plans.

Report critical findings and collaborate with providers.

Help train and mentor new team members as needed.

What You Bring:

You’re 18+ with a high school diploma or GED

You have a Medical Assistant diploma (Not Required but preferred)

Experience in patient care or case management is highly preferred

You're a natural people person—professional, proactive, and positive

You can work independently, multitask, and manage your time well

You’re able to stand for long periods and travel locally each day

You’re open to the occasional community event outside typical 9–5 hours

Bonus points if you’re a licensed phlebotomist!
