Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a customer-focused associate to help guests on their wellness journey. You will engage with clients, promote Total Body Care, and book services while guiding them toward homecare purchases.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and ability to establish relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is a plus.

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care, educate clients on services, and book future visits.
• Encourage homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls and emails.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
