Job summary

RESET Mind & Body is seeking a Guidance Specialist (Part-Time) to welcome members, drive first-time experiences, and grow memberships through in-studio conversations and outbound calls. You’ll maintain a calm, clean studio and participate in recovery modalities during shifts.

The role blends hospitality, wellness education, and sales in a fast-growing studio network. Flexible morning/evening shifts, paid training, and bonuses accompany the base pay.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hospitality-focused service and guiding first-time guests.
• Proven ability to meet sales and utilization targets in a service environment.
• Comfort with outbound calling and guided sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and create a welcoming, calming atmosphere.
• Make 20–30 outbound calls per shift to schedule visits and convert leads.
• Lead first-time experiences and educate members on recovery modalities.
