Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Wellness Concierge to act as the hospitality ambassador for the Sports Club. You will deliver personalized service, coordinate wellness programming, and support member experiences in a luxury, Forbes-oriented environment.

Role requires strong customer service, scheduling proficiency, and knowledge of wellness services. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential to maintain premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Hospitality, Recreation, Wellness, or related field preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth, delivering exceptional hospitality and service.
• Schedule and coordinate fitness classes, personal training, and wellness appointments.
• Process billing transactions and retail purchases accurately.
• Provide tours and educate members on club amenities and services.
• Promote wellness programs and engage members in wellness initiatives.
