Spring Island Club in Pinckney Landing, SC, seeks a friendly Wellness Concierge for part-time hours. You will greet guests, schedule wellness appointments, and assist with cardio/strength equipment while upholding high hygiene standards.

The role offers flexible scheduling with afternoons, weekends, and some holidays, plus opportunities to contribute to wellness events and member experiences at the Spring Island Sports Complex.

WELLNESS CONCIERGE JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position is Part Time 20-30 hours weekly (non-exempt) and is at Spring Island Sports Complex.Wellness Concierge Job Description:The Wellness Concierge is responsible for creating memorable experiences for new and existing members with the goal of increased member satisfaction and retention.This position ensures that each member receives a customized and personalized experience, in addition to assessing the physical, social, intellectual, and emotional aspects of health.This low stress entry-level position gives the candidate a great chance to grow in the operation or to enjoy a flexible part-time earning opportunity.This position will work closely with the Recreation and Wellness Director and the Assistant Recreation and Wellness Director to develop and deliver the highest quality member experience the Spring Island Sports Complex.If you enjoy engaging with fascinating people and have a dynamic personality, this opportunity is for you.Job Duties:Organizing and managing the front desk operationsGreeting guestsScheduling wellness appointmentsPerforming general housekeeping duties with emphasis on anti-bacterial hygiene protocolsAssisting guests with use of cardio and weight machinesOutfitting guests with outdoor recreation equipmentAssisting with special activities (July 4th activities, Thanksgiving activities, etc.)Creating and managing marketing materials for programsKeeping all web postings up to dateAssisting the Fitness and Wellness teams in programmingSchedule: Typical schedule for this position is some afternoons and mostly weekend mornings.
