Job summary

Camillus House in South Florida seeks an Activities Coordinator under the direction of the Director of Anti-Human Trafficking Services to enhance client well-being by creating opportunities for connection, learning, recreation, and personal growth.

You will coordinate a variety of recreational, educational, wellness, and community-based activities, including arts and crafts, physical activities, workshops, and field trips, ensuring inclusivity and responsiveness to client interests and needs.

Responsibilities

• The Activities Coordinator is responsible for creating and facilitating meaningful, engaging, and supportive activities that promote client well-being, social connection, personal growth, and community involvement.
• Coordinate a variety of recreational, educational, wellness, and community-based activities, including arts and crafts, physical activities, workshops, and field trips, while ensuring activities are inclusive and responsive to client interests and needs.
• Provide general support to program staff through resource coordination, client engagement, and assistance with hotline calls and other program-related needs. This position works collaboratively with staff and community partners to help connect clients with appropriate resources and services and contributes to creating a welcoming, supportive, and client-centered environment.
