Job summary

Fellowship Square is seeking a passionate Wellness Coach to design personalized fitness and wellness programs for residents in Phoenix, Arizona. You will provide hands-on instruction, assess needs, and adjust plans to support progress, while collaborating across departments to deliver holistic care.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Exercise Science or related field, CPT credential, and at least 3 years of fitness experience, with a focus on aging populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sport Science, or related field.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential required.
• At least 3 years of experience in fitness training, preferably with the senior population.
• In-depth knowledge of physiology and kinesiology related to aging and physical wellness.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in computer operations and comfortable using standard software and digital tools.

About The Role
