Job summary

YMCA at Bellevue is seeking a dedicated Wellness Coach to join our part-time team. You will guide members through fitness evaluations, design personalized exercise programs, and teach proper use of equipment to ensure safety and confidence.

As part of our wellness team, you’ll help members set and pursue health goals, maintain a clean Wellness Center, and lead wellness education sessions. CPR/First Aid training is provided and certifications are encouraged within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exercise Science degree preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certifications required within 30 days (company pays).
• Additional wellness certifications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through fitness evaluations and design personalized exercise programs.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Exercise Science degree (preferred).
