Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking part-time Wellness Coaches who are passionate about wellness and helping members on their wellness journey. You will engage with members, provide equipment orientations, and help maintain a clean and safe wellness floor.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not certified, the Y will certify you.

Job description

The Shady Grove Family YMCA is seeking part time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. The page range for this position is $14-$16 per hour.

DUTIES of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
