You will oversee membership growth, retail promotions, inventory, and compliance to ensure a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment while supporting the Clinic Manager with performance goals.

Full‑time and part‑time roles are available; weekend availability is required.

• Experience managing a team in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym preferred.
• Natural leader who can build relationships while motivating, coaching, and supporting a team.
