Massage Envy is seeking a motivated leader to guide a team of caring professionals at our Circle C Ranch location. You will drive membership growth, promote retail sales, and oversee daily operations to ensure a high-quality, therapeutic environment.

The role emphasizes building a strong workplace culture, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining compliance and safety. This position offers a flexible schedule and full-time/part-time options.

Qualifications

Management and/or sales experience in a personal service environment (spa, gym, salon).
Ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve goals.
Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and constructively.

Responsibilities

Manage all operational aspects including driving membership, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with laws.
Strive for continuous growth by setting goals, prioritizing work, and analyzing business performance.
Resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
