Insights Training Group LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to support the Health and Wellness Director at Muhlenberg Job Corps Center in Kentucky. The role includes patient care, medication administration, and record maintenance in a school-based wellness setting.

You will contribute to safety, use nursing judgment, and promote employability while delivering compassionate health services to students.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license to practice in the state where the center is located.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• One year of related experience working with youth.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Internet, Email, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assists Health and Wellness Director in planning, implementing and evaluating wellness programs.
• Dispenses prescribed medication and assists with patient care.
• Maintains charts and medical/dental records for students.
• Ensures compliance with safety, health, and program procedures.
• Serves as on-call nurse when schedules require.
• Supports performance management and documentation processes.
