Qualifications

• Must be able to stand or be on your feet 90% of shifts.
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
• CPR, AED & First Aid Certification (will train if needed).
• 18 years old or older.
• Availability needed for opening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety of members in the wellness center during opening shifts.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment in wellness center.
• Provide and schedule orientations and appointments for members.
• Maintain at least one shift per month.
• Assist members as needed.
• Build relationships daily and create a culture of philanthropy by using names and initiating conversations with all members, staff, volunteers, and guests.
