Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of medical practice, wellness, med-spa, concierge medicine, or healthcare operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, private club, or high-touch membership environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising administrative or front desk staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and billing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Wellness Center to ensure efficient workflows.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and patient flow to maximize provider productivity.
• Supervise front desk and administrative staff and coordinate workflows.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, privacy compliance with clinical leadership.
• Maintain EHR/EMR accuracy and ensure financial controls and reporting.
• Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
