Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of management experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality.
• Ability to hit sales targets and build relationships.
• Proven success in personal sales, revenue growth, and team leadership aligned with performance and longevity principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive center revenue and membership growth through consultative, goal-focused sales.
• Lead client onboarding and guide members on their wellness and longevity journey.
• Execute local marketing, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, sales and service-driven team.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, elevated center experience.
• Deliver a personalized, results-driven client experience that drives retention and referrals.
