Ultimate Longevity Center in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our new center and drive revenue through hands-on, sales-focused leadership. You will own membership growth, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and ensure an elevated client experience from first visit to ongoing wellness journey.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5+ years in management with a proven sales record, a passion for wellness, and the ability to build local partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of management experience in wellness, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven sales record with measurable actions and revenue outcomes.
• Strong ability to recruit, train and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales through direct outreach and consultative sales.
• Execute local marketing and community outreach to feed your pipeline.
• Recruit, train, and develop a top-performing sales/service team.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure an elevated center experience.
• Lead client onboarding and guide members on wellness journeys.
• Deliver a personalized, results-driven client experience to fuel retention and referrals.
