Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program.
• Must be registered for at least 6 credits each term (excluding summer).

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs prospective students and visitors; routes calls; schedules appointments.
• Coordinates daily front desk activities including key inventory, database maintenance and data entry.
• Performs word processing tasks for office documents, tracks and files documents, PO's and invoices, and provides back-up coverage.
