Job summary

Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) is seeking a part-time Work Study/Wellness assistant at the Main Campus to be the first point of contact for the department. You must be enrolled in a degree program and receiving financial aid to apply.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, routing calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining front desk operations, and handling word processing, data entry, and basic document management.

Qualifications

• Greet and direct visitors and manage front desk.
• Schedule appointments and route phone calls.
• Maintain documents, track invoices and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct prospective students and visitors; routes telephone calls; and schedules appointments.
• Coordinate daily activities of the front desk, which includes maintaining key inventory, database maintenance and data entry.
• Performs word processing tasks, which includes business correspondence, forms, tables, labels, flyers, posters and other office documents.
• Tracks and files office documents, purchase orders and invoices.
• Provides back-up coverage for other office staff.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
