Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values and drives the store experience.
• Interacts with customers in a personalized, genuine way and connects with wellness and active lifestyle passions.
• Promotes FP Movement events and partners to drive engagement and participation.
• Uses store and online tools to inform customers about events and offers with an omni-channel approach.
• Supports teamwork, participates in meetings, shares product knowledge on fit, fabrication, and styling.
