Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Consult with customers professionally and enthusiastically
• Educate customers on tanning safety and procedures
• Maintain salon cleanliness and organization
• Handle cash, open/close business, and complete administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Compensation: $11.75 - $15.00+ per hour (base + commission)
