Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales goals daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers professionally and enthusiastically
• Educate customers on tanning and skincare products
• Maintain salon cleanliness and organization
• Handle cash and perform opening/closing procedures
• Complete administrative paperwork and track goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7+ hours)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Compensation: $11.75 - $15.00+ per hour (base plus commission)
