TerrAscend's Allentown, PA dispensary is seeking a part-time Wellness Associate to provide compassionate, friendly customer service and assist patients with cannabis recommendations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires night and weekend availability, on-site work, and the ability to guide customers through product selection, dosing, and administration while maintaining POS accuracy and inventory control.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Cannabis experience a plus.
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

Our next part‑time Wellness Associate will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Wellness Associates assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration. Night and Weekend availability is required for this role.

This position will be on-site in our Allentown, PA Apothecarium dispensary.

What We're High On (Requirements):

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work well within a team environment

$16 - $16 an hour

Working Conditions

This position may require the ability to perform essential functions that include, but are not limited to, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Team members may need to lift and move items, e.g., product packages, display cases, cash registers, or inventory boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The role may also require visual abilities to accurately handle transactions, verify product information, and maintain inventory, as well as manual dexterity for handling cash, operating point‑of‑sale systems, and organizing products. Employees may be required to remain on their feet for extended periods and perform repetitive hand or arm movements with or without reasonable accommodation.
