TerrAscend Corp. in Flemington, NJ is hiring a full-time Floor Supervisor for Aunt Mary’s Dispensary. You will provide compassionate, professional service to patients, assist with cannabis recommendations, and help manage daily store operations.

This on-site role requires weekend and holiday availability, leadership duties, and adherence to state regulations. The position offers $20 per hour and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, compliant cannabis organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cannabis experience a plus.
• At least 1 year of customer service, retail or related experience preferred.
• Must have good organizational and computer skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal communications skills as well as the ability to multitask.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to patients and visitors.
• Greet patients; verify eligibility for medical marijuana and ensure compliant transactions.
• Educate patients about medical marijuana to support informed decisions.
• Assist patients with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, dosing, and administration.
• Support onboarding of new patients and orientation to TerrAscend policies.
• Manage patient records in the MJ Freeway system.
• Maintain product knowledge and respond to patient questions; escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and safety policies.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and Leader on Duty responsibilities; collaborate with Inventory Manager.
• Lead seed-to-sale tracking systems, POS, Leaf Trade, and eCommerce platforms.
• Complete required state mandated training (if required).
• Availability for weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our next full-time Floor Supervisor will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Floor Supervisors assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.

Where you’ll be planted

This position will be on-site in our Aunt Mary's Dispensary (Flemington, NJ). This role will require availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to patients and visitors.
• Greet patients and visitors, complete check-in, verify eligibility for medical marijuana, and ensure accurate, compliant transactions and fulfillment of patient orders while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Educate and assist patients in understanding medical marijuana to support informed decisions about their care.
• Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
• Support the intake and onboarding of new patients, including orientation to TerrAscend policies, rules, and procedures.
• Manage and maintain accurate patient records within the MJ Freeway system.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and respond to patient questions or concerns promptly and efficiently, escalating to a dispensary healthcare practitioner or management team when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines.
• Deliver a distinctive and positive patient experience by demonstrating strong interpersonal skills (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy) while ensuring patient confidentiality and security.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and caregivers by anticipating needs and providing proactive support.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to customer service, staff management, patient and visitor management, inventory management, cash handling, state compliance, and safety and security.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily operations, including Leader on Duty (LOD) responsibilities, floor zoning, and hourly tracking; partner with the Inventory Manager to ensure back-of-house processes run effectively.
• Assist senior dispensary leadership as needed to support overall store operations.
• Serve as an effective leader across seed-to-sale tracking systems, POS systems, Leaf Trade, and eCommerce platforms.
• Complete the required state mandated training program (if required).
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions
