Lassens Wellness Department in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Wellness Associate to provide outstanding customer service. You will offer prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service to guests and assist with product placement and merchandise handling.

You will help maintain displays, ensure pricing accuracy with shelf tags, and share Lassens monthly ads and sales knowledge with customers, using expertise in vitamins, supplements and cosmetics to educate buyers within legal parameters.

• A Wellness Associate will provide a high level of outstanding customer service to all Guests in the Wellness Department.
• Assist the Wellness Manager with placing orders and receiving merchandise.
• Direct customers to product locations within the department.
• Create and maintain department displays and ensure pricing is accurate with shelf tags and sale signs.
• Share knowledge of Lassens monthly ads and sales with customers.
• Use knowledge of vitamins, supplements and cosmetic items to educate customers within legal parameters.

Salary Range: $19.00 To $22.25 Hourly

Benefits include 11+ days per year of paid time off, health insurance options, and a 401k for full time Team Members, plus a Team Member discount. Work schedules are flexible per the needs of the business. And we are closed on Sunday.

A Wellness Associate will be responsible for providing a high level of outstanding customer service by giving prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service to all Guests in the Wellness Department. A Wellness Associate may assist the Wellness Manager with placing orders, obtaining or receiving merchandise, and direct customers to the location of products throughout the department. A Wellness Associate will create and maintain department displays, ensure all pricing is accurate by placing the correct shelf tags and sale signs throughout the department, and share their knowledge of Lassens monthly AD’s and sales in the Wellness Department with customers. A Wellness Associate will use their knowledge of vitamins, supplements and cosmetic items to answer questions and educate customers within the proper legal parameters.
