Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is hiring an Activities Aide for per-diem shifts. The role supports resident recreation, plans programs, and helps coordinate events, with a daily focus on engagement and well-being. All duties emphasize teamwork with nursing and activities staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year of experience in an Activities Department in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; at least 18 years old.
• Willing to participate in continuing education and in-service training.

Responsabilités

• Document daily participation of residents in scheduled programs.
• Promote the residents' social, physical, and intellectual well-being.
• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing recreation programs.
• Participate in community marketing events as needed.
• Assist with resident care goals within the team framework.
• Communicate mood or involvement to the team.
• Perform audits, forms, and reports as required.
• Help set up and decorate for events and transport residents to activities.
