Job Description

Flanigan’s prides itself on made-from-scratch recipes, superior ingredients, generous portions, and positive, high-energy kitchen vibes. We’re looking for talented and passionate cooks to join our back-of-house team, preparing dishes our guests love.

Responsibilities
  1. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and training.
  2. Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  3. Ensure proper rotation and stock levels of all products.
  4. Assist with prep work, station setup, and cleaning.
  5. Transport items, help unload deliveries, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
  6. Break down and clean stations at closing.
  7. Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  8. Stand and move continuously; reach, bend, and lift as required.
  9. Read and communicate in English, including recipes, labels, and POS tickets.
  10. Operate kitchen machinery safely and work with hot and sharp equipment.
  11. Lift up to 50 lbs. and hold items weighing 5 lbs. for extended periods.
  12. Work in high-temperature, damp environments indoors and outdoors.
  13. Assist with dishwashing and cleaning tasks as needed.
  14. Complete food safety certification as per company and state regulations.
