Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• One year related mechanical or shop experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, procedures, and technical documents.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to identify and select the appropriate tools and equipment for various tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble new and used wellhead equipment and components.
• Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or defects and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct functional testing to verify equipment performance and compliance with specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical documents.
• Perform cleaning, pressure washing, disassembly, reassembly, greasing, painting, and preparation of equipment for customer use.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including material handling and inventory organization.
• Maintain shop cleanliness through housekeeping, storage organization, and work area upkeep.
• Inspect, maintain, and properly store tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Complete required documentation, inspection records, and maintenance logs accurately.
• Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) objectives by promoting safe work practices and reporting hazards or quality concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations and business needs.
