Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC invites candidates to join its field team to rebuild and replace dump valves, repair lift equipment, and support artificial lift applications across Southwestern PA, Central PA, Eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia. The role focuses on high-rate production environments with hands-on maintenance and field service duties.

Qualifications

• Production/Flowback experience on legacy well pads is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities are needed.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild or replace dump valves.
• Repair piper ball valves and lift equipment components.
• Install, repair and replace lift equipment such as motor valves and lubricators.
• Operate and maintain PLC/HMI systems and hydraulic/pneumatic ESD systems.
• Set and adjust regulators and chokes to optimize production.
• Gauging tanks and oversee fluid hauling and related operations.
