Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking a field technician to rebuild and replace dump valves, repair piper ball valves, and install, repair and replace lift equipment across Southwestern PA, Central PA, Eastern Ohio, and Northern West Virginia.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of production/flowback experience, strong math, communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, overtime-flexible team environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months production/Flowback on legacy well pads.
• 1 year production/Flowback on new well turn-ins with +5,000 psi.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Solid math understanding.
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams.
• Ability to influence peers and management.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild or replace dump valves.
• Repair piper ball valves.
• Install, repair and replace lift equipment such as motor valves, control boxes, lubricators.
• Operate artificial lift systems.
• Manage hydraulic and pneumatic ESD systems.
• Adjust chokes (Automated and manual).
• Gauging tanks and supervising fluid hauling.
• Set regulators and dehydration systems.
• Purge sand separators, gas scrubbers and drips.
• Sealed tanks and vapor recovery tasks.
