Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking personnel to rebuild or replace dump valves, repair piper ball valves, and install, repair, and replace lift equipment such as motor valves, control boxes, and lubricators. Positions span Southwestern PA, Central PA, Eastern Ohio, and Northern West Virginia.

Candidates should have 6 months of production/Flowback experience and be able to operate under high pressure. Responsibilities include managing high-rate wells, hydraulic and pneumatic ESD systems,

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in production/Flowback on legacy well pads.
• 1 year minimum production/Flowback on new well turn ins and high pressure (+5,000 psi).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis and reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Operate high rate/high pressure wells.
• Dry and Wet Gas Shale Wells operations.
• Artificial Lift Applications: PLC/HMI usage.
• Adjust chokes (Automated and manual).
• Flow wells to maximize production and supervise fluid hauling.
• Regulators, separation and vapor recovery system handling.

Job Summary

• Rebuild or replace dump valves
• Repair piper ball valves
• Installing, repairing and replacing lift equipment such as motor valves, control boxes, lubricators
• Position are available in Southwestern, PA - Central, PA - Eastern Ohio & Northern West Virginia.

Responsibilities and Duties

• High Rate/Pressure
• Dry and Wet Gas Shale Wells
• Artificial Lift Applications:
• PLC/HMI Usage
• Hydraulic and pneumatic ESD Systems
• Adjusting chokes (Automated and manual)
• Flowing Wells to maximize production
• Operate artificial lift equipment
• Adjust and set pneumatic liquid dump control systems
• Purge sand separators, gas scrubbers and/or drips
• Setting regulators
• Gauging tanks and supervising fluid hauling
• Direct and indirect heaters
• Low and high pressure separators
• Regulators
• Sealed tanks with vapor recovery systems
• Vapor Recovery Units (Start up and shut down)
• Flash gas compressors (Start up and shut down)
• Dehydration systems
• Manually dump drips (Automatic scrubbers)

Qualifications and Skills
