Oilfield Service Professionals LLC in Broussard, LA is seeking a Well Planner to coordinate and support well construction and intervention operations at the GTOC Facility. This role will link customers, field personnel, operations, procurement, logistics, vendors, inventory, and accounting to ensure each job is properly planned, resourced, documented, executed, and closed.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in well planning/construction/intervention or related oilfield services; 5 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of well construction, drilling, completion, intervention, and workover operations.
• Knowledge of casing hardware, tools, and downhole equipment.
• Ability to read and use technical manuals, operating guidelines, drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, field teams, and cross-functional groups.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills for multiple jobs and priorities.
• Basic math and computer skills including Microsoft Office and applicable well planning software.
• High school diploma or GED; associate/technical degree preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations and job sites.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule all aspects of well operations from initial customer request through execution and closeout.
• Develop detailed well and job plans including equipment selection, setup, personnel, resources, scheduling, and logistics.
• Coordinate with the District Manager, engineers, service personnel, and stakeholders to align resources.
• Conduct operational readiness reviews to verify complete deployment readiness.
• Forecast equipment, personnel, consumables, and rental requirements.
• Coordinate equipment preparation, mobilization, and provide wellsite direction and support.
• Facilitate communication with customers at the wellsite and in the office.
• Work with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Prepare job tickets and pricing information, verify signed tickets, and submit for invoicing.
• Manage well data and maintain accurate records of operations, status, equipment usage, and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate data in service delivery, inventory, and business systems.
• Assist with servicing oilfield equipment including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
